This experience covers off two very important areas of emotional intelligence being People Awareness and People Management.

The skills you will learn are targeted towards individuals wanting to work on building, maintaining and influencing relationships. You will learn not only how to build closer relationships quicker but how to work through conflict to get to a successful outcome and how to motivate and influence others.

The skills are especially useful for those in people leadership and influencing positions; however they are also an essential skill for anyone trying to build and maintain important relationships in their private life too.

The experience will cover the use of body language in communication, NLP techniques to help you understand another individual's map of the world and questioning techniques to help you uncover the things that will stop people from moving forward. You will learn about the magic of questioning and communication for you to apply in every area of your life.

The programme covers:

  • What is conflict and what is happening when we are in conflict

  • The difference between healthy and unhealthy conflict

  • Tools for diffusing conflict and coming to mutual agreement

  • Tools for managing emotion and body language in conflict

  • Tools for influencing beliefs and coming to mutual commitment
