As well as being the founder of 3Minds Samantha Tomkinson is a psychologist, yogi, business consultant and avid adventurer. When not coaching or facilitating you can find her somewhere in or around the water, playing music or immersing herself in nature with her beloved border collie Kynsa.

Samantha started her career as an organisational psychologist and specialist in leadership behaviour. She assessed, researched and developed leaders in different countries and organisations for a number of years and realised quite quickly the power of emotional intelligence in not just leadership but life success. She developed a passion for helping people develop emotional intelligence seeing this as not just a fundamental leadership characteristic but a life skill for us all. It amazed her how very little we know about our mind and emotions and just how impactful this knowledge is for everyone.

Samantha is passionate about wellbeing, conflict resolution, relationship management, building self awareness, confidence and authenticity. She craves a world where we can have enough emotional and mind intelligence to communicate through our problems to arrive at considered, pragmatic and win win solutions for all.

She has worked in psychology for over 15 years and also holds qualifications in NLP (neuro linguistic programming),  business, somatics, yoga and meditation. She combines all her skills to create impactful learning environments for people through workshops, retreats and coaching.
